PCS personal and domestic legal helpline
Call free 0800 916 9066 for legal advice on any matter apart from employment or personal injury.
The PCS legal helpline gives you immediate access to the high-quality legal advice from Russell Jones & Walker, part of Slater & Gordon Lawyers.
- You can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- You can get advice about any legal matter (apart from employment issues or personal injury), including family issues, neighbour disputes, consumer law, criminal law and probate
- Your spouse, partner and dependent children can also use the helpline
There is no limit on the number of times you can call.
PCS personal injury compensation claim scheme
PCS members and their family can ring free 0800 328 3255 to lodge a personal injury claim over the telephone.
You and your family will be eligible to receive legal assistance for non workplace accidents or personal injury, including road traffic accidents and accidents such as slips/trips on the street or while shopping, provided that the accident was someone else’s fault.
Lines are open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
